Please note that certain requirements must be met, including a prior and confirmed hotel reservation, valid health insurance coverage, and a return flight ticket.

For visitors from other countries, it is essential to obtain a visa before traveling to the Sultanate of Oman. We recommend submitting this information at least 4 WEEKS prior to your client's arrival. The cost of a regular Oman Tourist Visa is US$ 65.00 per person.

Terms and Conditions:

• All visa fees are non-refundable and must be paid before submitting the visa application.
• Visas will be issued only to guests with confirmed hotel reservations, return transportation arrangements, and Conference Registration Confirmation.
• A copy of a passport with at least 6 months of validity is required for visa processing.
• Please note that immigration services are closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and during public or religious holidays.
• In case of any overstay, a penalty of OMR 20.00 (USD 55) per day will be applicable unless settled promptly.
